How to use a Career Site?

Simply sharing job description functionality helps to speed up the hiring process, engages potential talent promptly, and prevents the risk of losing qualified candidates.
Learn how to quickly share job descriptions via the careers site from Axterior:
Step 1 - Opening the Job tab
As you have logged into your Axterior account, click the Job tab in the left column. You’ll see the table of all your jobs with their statuses.
Step 2 - Оpening the Job creation form
Click the Create button in the top right corner. You’ll get the full form for job creation.
Step 3 - Filling the Job creation form
Axterior provides the filling form with the most essential points for a job brief. Fill all the fields with the required information. Read some tips from our specialists about how to do it here.
Step 4 - Saving Job as a draft
After entering all the important details, click the Save button. The job is saved and assigned a Draft status.
Step 5 - Changing the Job-status
To start working with the Job press the Action button in the top right corner, choose the Open option, and confirm this action. Press the Publish button to have a possibility to invite candidates to apply.
Step 6 - Copying the Job link
After publishing a job, click on the copy job link button in the Job Details bar. Now you can share a job with candidates.
