How to set up interview scheduling?

The Interview Scheduling acts as a communication bridge, fostering a collaborative and efficient dialogue between recruiters and candidates.
Learn how to configure Interview Scheduling links quickly with Axterior:
Step 1 - Opening the Profile tab
After logging into your Axterior account, click the Profile tab in the top right corner. Then press the Settings button.
Step 2 - Editing Interview scheduling
Click the Interview scheduling button. Then press the Edit button on the Meeting details block.
Step 3 - Meeting details block
Now you can edit Event type, Meeting duration, Buffer time, Number of meetings per day, Time range, and Expiry period. Then press the Save button.
Step 4 - Availability block
In this block, you can:
- Select a weekday for available time slots at any time.
- Set the periods (from-to) for available time slots. The default value in the new period has an hour duration and starts one hour after finishing the previous period.
- Enter periods manually or select the (from-to) time in the drop-down. From-to-time is displayed at 15-minute intervals. The first day in the weekday list is the first work day of the company.
Step 5 - Specific availability block
Here you can set up a specific date or exclude hours.
