How Can We Help You?

Once you have made all the company setups, the platform provides you with the workflow settings that can be changed. 

To define performance indicators open KPI Settings. Choose Contacts addition and press the Edit button to set up the value of adding contacts.

Select a recruiter, define the number of contacts, choose the period, and press Save.

To set up the max count of jobs in progress choose Workload and press the Edit button.

Select a recruiter.

Set up the max jobs and press Save.

To set up skills required for particular jobs open Contacts, choose Set of skills and press Create.

Fill in skill name and group. Choose position, tick Active and press Create.

If needed, change a status, edit or delete each skill.

To add donor companies press the Donor Companies button. Then press Create.

Fill in all the necessary information such as the donor company name, country, city, and website. Then press Create.

To edit recruitment sources used in your company choose Sources and press Edit.

If needed enter new values or delete existing ones by pressing x. Then click the Save button.

To create a job pipeline template for various jobs open Pipeline templates and click on the Create button.

Fill in all the needed information as template name and stages. Press Create.

If needed, edit or delete each pipeline.

To configure jobs open Job configuration and click on the Edit button on each section.

To appoint approvers for each department open Approvers and click on the Create button.

Choose the Department and Approver. Click Save.

If needed, edit or delete each department approver.

To set up custom fields open Custom fields and click on the Add field button. Choose Contact or Job to add additional information to them.
