How to work with the performance board?

Performance board is a useful tool for an HR Manager. Here you can assess the efficiency of your team members. Axterior automates the data collecting and gives you a report on the recruiters’ activity that you can use for HR management.
With Axterior, you can get data on the recruiter’s performance during different time ranges by such categories as added contacts; open, closed, or archived jobs; performance by specific jobs and job pipeline, etc.
We advise tracking this board regularly in order to control the whole hiring process as well as give recruiters feedback and assistance in their work if they have some challenges.
To work with the recruiter performance board, perform the following steps:
Step 1 - Moving to the recruiter performance board
As you have logged in to your Axterior account, click the Reports tab in the left column. You’ll see three reports: Jobs overview, Contacts overview & Recruiter performance. To view the Recruiter performance choose the appropriate report.
Step 2 - Selecting parameters
To get the performance data you need to set up the required period and select a recruiter you want to control. Choose Date Range and set up start and end dates for your board. You can use handy time ranges offered by the platform: last week, last month, last year, etc. Click Apply in the Date range tab. Also, choose a recruiter whose performance you want to view. The platform will offer you a dropdown field with all the recruiters of your company registered in the system. Then click Apply. You’ll see the recruiter’s performance.
